Zander Keig, LCSW, is an award-winning Latino social worker (2020 National Social Worker of the Year, 2018 CA Social Worker of the Year), family caregiver (2023 LGBT+ Caregiver Advocate), workshop facilitator (2020 WPATH Educator), long-term FTM community organizer, and co-founder of the LGBTQ Caregiver Center. Zander is the author of The Third Space: A Nonconformists Guide to the Universe and co-editor of the 2011 Lambda Literary Transgender Nonfiction Finalist Letters for My Brothers: Transitional Wisdom in Retrospect, the 2015 Lambda Literary Transgender Nonfiction Nominee Manning Up: Transsexual Men on Finding Brotherhood, Family & Themselves, and contributing author of Adult Transgender Care - An Interdisciplinary Approach for Training Mental Health Professionals.
