Jason is the Principal Investigator of Rainbows of Aging. They are a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Social and Behavioral Program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Public Health. Jason’s current research works to better understand the risk and protective factors for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias among LGBTQIA+ seniors. For the past ten years, Jason has leveraged his platform as a public health researcher to work as an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. Jason and their husband live in the Las Vegas area with their two boston terriers, Brain and Bowie, and their yorkie mix, Tuna.
